Isla Boa, 4th of July, 2011
Leaving DLL at 11:30a on July 4th, we motored out around Punta Valiente and sailed down to the Plantain Cays, dropped the hook off of Isla Boa, went to beach, explored the beautiful, beautiful place, came back to the boat, BBQ'd some burgers! and lit off a bunch of fireworks! It was fun !!!

The most interesting woman in the world ... she once showed an African tribal leader how to bite the head off a snake! She might not always eat chips, but when she does, she prefers DORITOS! ... Jajajajajajaja! Dorito's rule for snacks ~ much better than snake heads ANY day of the week!

Does it ever end? So nice! ... Pura vida! So tranquil ~ I would LOVE to try living here! Sign me up! 
On the other side, it faces the force of the Caribbean ... this is a flat day with 1-2 ft surf, the blowholes make the sound of a boa constrictor ... it's wild! 1 person likes this photo ... Cool!

My new underwater camera actually takes neat fireworks shots, these were all rockets launched from about 6 ft from the camera ... 1 person likes this photo ... Swoosh! Boyz and their toyz! 
A flower? some kind of new insect? 1 person likes this photo ... Rhapsodian phosphorescent phytoplankton ~ very rare, only found close to sailing vessels loaded with alcohol. Catch one if you can!
